Standards of conduct and values

Our company has long upheld behavioral and value standards to create an environment for its employees and business partners that is characterized by respect, responsibility, fairness, and honesty. These behavioral and value standards are based on legal requirements as well as additional internal policies.

By establishing a whistleblower system, we enable our business partners, third parties, and employees to report and address potential violations of our standards and legal regulations.

To support you in reporting potential violations and to implement the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), we have set up a whistleblower system that facilitates reporting.

Before reporting a violation, please consider whether the matter could be resolved through a personal conversation. Also, ensure that there are at least reasonable indications of misconduct or a breach of values.
