Brewing with time is the lived philosophy of Slow Brewing. Unlike accelerated, industrial mass production, Slow Brewers commit to slow fermentation and gentle maturation. And for good reason—besides using the purest, natural raw materials, it is especially the factor of time that ensures the outstanding taste of Slow Beers.

Slow Brewingis a quality seal that we have been awarded annually since 2013.

The Toughest Seal Worldwide

The quality seal is awarded by the Slow Brewing Institute, which operates independently. It grants its seal after thorough examination, evaluating the beer and the entire brewery. Not only the taste but the entire production process and even the management of the brewery are annually inspected and assessed—the beers even 12 times a year. Slow Brewing is the toughest seal worldwide.

Value-Oriented Brewing Culture

Slow Brewing advocates for a value-oriented brewing culture, diversity, regional anchoring, and product authenticity. Responsible agriculture and careful treatment of nature are also important attributes to the institute. We feel particularly connected to these values. Therefore, we are very pleased to have been one of the first breweries in Bavaria to be awarded the quality seal.
